Price action is the foundation of all technical trading. Before you play, understand these two simple concepts — they're all you need to make decisions in the War Room.
When price makes a Higher High followed by a Higher Low — the market is in an uptrend. Price is making progress to the upside. Look to buy on the pullback to the Higher Low.
When price makes a Lower High followed by a Lower Low — the market is in a downtrend. Price is making progress to the downside. Look to sell on the pullback to the Lower High.
Always trade with the trend. If the chart shows HH/HL — only look for buys. If the chart shows LH/LL — only look for sells. Never fight the structure.
